Joe Stephens has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over seven years as a personal trainer. Now a well established Corrective Exercise Specialist and Master Personal Trainer he has a wealth of knowledge after being mentored by one of the U.K.'s top trainers Jason Anderson, owner of Movement3. Through this time he has developed experience of training international golfers, tennis players, archers, decathletes, triathletes, professional footballers and racing drivers. He has also been apart of a small select group of professionals doing research and development of ankle injury procedures for the NHS. He now spends his time as a personal trainer, specialising in injury recovery. Joe brings an enjoyable and professional quality to his training session with the knowledge to back it up.
